Option 1: $40 (includes food and class) Option 2: $50 (includes food, class and hot sake or wine with refills) SakiTumi is the ONLY award winning sushi restaurant in Columbia that is now offering introductory sushi classes. The classes are very casual, and the price includes all of the following: - Edamame, miso soup and ginger salad - Information on rice cooking techniques - How to prepare your ingredients - Direct training with our sushi chefs - Make and cut two of your own rolls - Information booklet that you may take with you With each class, we offer two different price points, one that includes alcohol and one that doesn't. We may only accept a LIMITED number of persons per class. You are only guaranteed a spot if you complete the sign up sheet and email it or fax it. Want to Book Your Own Class for Friends, Workers or Family? SakiTumi can book an entire class (up to 12 people) at the time of your chosing. The class is a great way for friends to celebrate or co-workers to have an alternative "retreat" away from the office. In order to reserve your sushi class, you must committ to at least 8 people, and provide a signup sheet for your group with a deposit. You can use your gift card the day of the class and you will not be charged on the signup sheet.
